**Job Specification**:
1.
Assists the Project Engineer in supervising the ongoing activities in the area,
2.
Coordinates and oversees various road construction, repair and rebuilding projects such as paving, patching, and erosion control,
3.
Establishes work zones and traffic control for employees and public safety,
4.
Accountable for ensuring that the completed work meets standards and for recommending work processes that will improve productivity and product quality,
5.
Supervise personnel to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction and morale.
Ensure proper safety procedures are followed.
**Qualifications**:
1.
Preferably with at least 5 years work related experience.
2.
Must be keen in details, patient and optimistic
3.
Possesses good judgment and decision making skill
4.
Possesses good moral character.
