About the role Lapulapu-Cebu International College Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced Civil Engineering Program Head to lead and develop our Civil Engineering programme.
As the Civil Engineering Program Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum, managing the faculty, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to our students.
This is a full-time position based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
What you'll be doing Providing strategic leadership and vision for the Civil Engineering programme Designing and implementing curriculum that aligns with industry standards and accreditation requirements Recruiting, managing, and developing a team of highly qualified faculty members Fostering partnerships with industry leaders and organisations to enhance the programme's relevance and practical application Ensuring the programme's compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines Promoting the programme and actively participating in student recruitment efforts Monitoring and evaluating the programme's performance to identify areas for improvement Representing the programme and the college in various professional and academic forums What we're looking for A master's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience in teaching Civil Engineering at the tertiary level Proven track record of successful curriculum development and programme management Strong leadership and administrative skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, faculty, and industry partners Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and developments in Civil Engineering education and the industry Commitment to maintaining high academic standards and delivering a quality educational experience Apply now for this exciting opportunity to lead our Civil Engineering programme and be a part of our dynamic and growing institution.
