Job Description:
Assist the Project Head on the coordination and daily supervision of all site/office works Update activities throughout the project Responsible for all matters in relation to coordination and control of construction and/or other related CE works To liaise and coordinate on technical matters, submission, and approvals of the project Submit project reports and update status of project progress Review project specifications, technical drawings and variation request Monitor quality, ensure smooth work progress, controlling budget up to finalizing accounts Minimum Qualifications:
Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a Licensed Civil Engineer Having Latin Honors is highly advantageous With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage (i.e. Board Topnotcher, etc.) With excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly competent, self-driven and have a passion for excellence Work experience in the construction company is an advantage but fresh board passers are also encouraged to apply Must be willing to work in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental Full-time positions available Fresh board passers are encouraged to apply.
