Chief Technology Officer

Provide solutions design for both enterprise and consumer software applications in web and mobile technologies
Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring of software developers
Establish and maintain company standards and best practices for all aspects of the software development life cycle
Manage an advance internal IT infrastructure (cloud) to support business growth
Lead proof-of-concept projects to exploit technology trends and innovations to formulate differentiated solutions
Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any equivalent.
15 or more years of experience in software development
Experienced in evaluating multiple technical options and proposing recommendations which combine technical and management perspectives
Experienced in serving as a change agent for introducing new technology, processes, concepts
Ability to take on product management of software products of significant complexity
Hands-on programming skills in open source web technologies (e.g., Java, PHP, Python, Ruby) and their associated frameworks
Experienced in scaling databases with high transaction/high throughput requirements
Experienced in cloud-based technologies and deployments
Passionate about technology and innovation in the mobile application space
Experienced in supervising and managing teams
Good communication skills both oral and written
