Chat Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a professional **CHAT SALES SUPERVISOR** who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the sales department.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise sales representatives
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Assisting sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
- Work with sales team when closing sales
- Meeting all sales quotas and goals
- Monitoring of orders or inquiries and making sure that all customers are assisted
- Receive and report on all sales lead
- Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Assisting sales representative concerns in terms of conflicts in customer orders and other personal concerns
- Monthly Coaching Session with each sales representatives
- Daily Sales Report (FB Ads, Page Report and Inquiries), Sales Huddle, and Work Journal

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Experienced managing and directing a sales team
- Has strong communication skills
- Can do mentoring and coaching sales representatives
- Passionate and has positive attitude
- Leadership by example

**Job type Details**:

- Full time
- 6 days a week
- Work on-site, office is at 26th Floor The Podium, Mandaluyong City

**Salary Range**:

- 18,000 monthly

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
