JOB OBJECTIVEPerform back end and administrative tasks to assist clients. Provide technical chat assistance to clients on how to navigate through the software and also drive resolution to issues.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSPreferably with Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience handling an international technical account.
Must have good speaking and writing skills in English.
Willing to work night or graveyard shifts.

Walk-in candidates are welcome from Mondays to Fridays 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.*
