Chat Agent Support Staff

**Job Summary**:

- The Chat Agent shall be responsible for attending the all chat and backend processes of the company to support seamless business operations.
S/he shall be responsible for ensuring that all customers experience excellent customer service.
**Specifically, you are responsible for**:

- professionally respond to inbound chats or phone calls in a timely and accurate manner;
- troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers who are experiencing difficulties in placing orders;
- actively engage with customers who leave our brands reviews or comments on Facebook;
- improve customer experience by providing excellent customer service;
- encode and update order trackers in a timely manner;
- document, record, and understand customer orders and requests;
- maintaining the confidentiality and security of all the information provided by the customers;
- communication and coordination with the Production Team for every confirmed order by forwarding printed Order Slips/Summaries; and
- other tasks related to the role deemed appropriate by the Company.
**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills especially in written and text-based communication;
- Customer-centric decision-making;
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage; and
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
**Working Conditions**:

- Work Location: Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City;
- Work Schedule: Regular Shift, six (6) days a week, including weekends and local holidays; and
- Salary: Minimum Wage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term

**Salary**: Up to Php570.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

COVID-19 considerations:

Wearing face masks is required.
**Education**:

- Senior High School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
