Job Description:
Job Purpose: To coordinate and do research in terms of territory capacities in B2B, Streets and Events.


Key Roles and Responsibilities: Acquiring new sites and event partnerships per event schedule, budget, policies, regulations and guidelines Renewing and maintaining existing event partnerships Ability to build and sustain relationships with existing and new site contacts, POC's and management Communicating and assisting marketing offices whilst ensuring smooth engagement, implementation and operations at the respective sites and events through various communication channels (i.e. voice calls, written, or face to face) Manage all territory related matters for charity and commercial division To record accurate report (sales tracking) of the marketing offices on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis per site Manage penalty system for out of territory Planning, booking and management of all territory request/s from the marketing offices on a monthly basis. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Must have sound knowledge of MS Office Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential Has time management skills and organization skills Positive attitude and mentality
