Channel Sales Manager

Job Description
- Responsible for driving sales of realme IT and App products across multiple channels.
- Develop and deliver customer specific sales tactics, training, and brand advocacy programs by creating and maintaining partnerships with retail sales personnel and store leadership
- Channel Sales Managers for IT and App are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales revenue and unit goals.
- Build and develop strong partnerships with respective channels.
- Ability to drive sales through in store activities, incentive programs developed at your discretion per individual store, and consumer engagement events to improve sales performance within the channels

**Qualifications**:
.experience in IT and App/Telco sales with experience working with National Retailers and/or National Carrier Operators
- Experience using sales data and insights to recommend and drive localized and customized sales programs in different channels
- Strong background in operation management and merchandising execution
- Expertise in data management esp excel/pivot/ppt
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong collaboration with peers and sales leadership to provide key on the ground insights and feedback to support the development of channels
