The Channel Performance Officer is responsible for managing channel infrastructure to ensure availability, efficiency, security, accuracy, and business continuity of the assigned channels. Support the business objectives and meet service level agreement of the channel.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve technical and operational issues and requirements of the managed channel by collaborating with ITG, Operations an other business units to come up with both short term and long term solutions that are in sync with core values of the Bank.
Prepare channel performance and usage reports by analyzing actual traffic data to deliver relevant inputs to business decisions and strategies.
Define and implement the appropriate channel infrastructure needed to accommodate the business volume capacity requirements delivering an electronic channel that is available, efficient, secure, accurate for client use.
Assess, propose, implement new enhancements and solutions by liaising with ITG and vendors to improve business and performance of the channel.
Graduate Bachelor's Degree for Computer Science/Information Technology and alike
Knowledgeable on how Internet banking systems work - hardware, software, network, security.
With experience in handling issues related to, or with hands-on skills, on systems, network, security administration and extensive exposure to Internet-based solutions.
Can effectively communicate requirements, instructions, issues and concerns to internal and external teams in verbal and written form.
Able to understand and analyze technical problems to propose solutions or approaches in resolving channel issues.
