Scrum Master
Salary: 130,000
Schedule: Night Shift - 9pm to 6am or 10pm to 7am
Location: Makati City
Set up: Hybrid (2x onsite per week)
Qualifications:
— 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple application development team
— Demonstrated leadership on continuous process improvement
— Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Scrum Team
— Works well in a matrix organization
— Scrum Master certification

Agile Scrum

Good communication & presentation skills

Education/Experience
5 years minimum experience as Scrum Master
Certified Scrum Master
Bachelor's Degree graduate
Experience in Scaled Agile Framework, or any Large Scale implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies for an Enterprise
Nice-to-have/Advantage
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework, or any Large Scale Scrum methodologies
SAFe Certification / Training
Experience/knowledgeable in Product Model
Experience on a CRM implementation project specifically Salesforce
Domain knowledge on credit card processing is an advantage
