Cement & Construction System Manager

Qualifications- 7 to 15 years experience in sales on sales and marketing
- Ideally in Cement industries or business with sales to cement plants
- Extensive contacts list in the Cement industry in the Philippines
- Ideally, experience in a supplier company for cement industries, or experience in the cement industry, and if not, in construction or concrete industry.
- Experience / knowledge of the Philippines cement market
Skills required
- Excellent cement market knowledge.
- A CLOSER. Possess excellent marketing and sales skills (ability to transform visits, trials into orders) with sterling negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationship with customers with emphasis on client retention.
- Team work within the company (BU, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, HR, Production).
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
- Good communication (internal and external).
- English skills are fluent.
- Familiar with frequent travels.
- Strong dynamism.
- Ability to take initiatives and to propose actions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Analyse targeted markets and customer’s expectations: economic analysis, market needs, potential and drivers, evaluation of competition, annual Marketing Plan.

Propose action plan to address the market area.
- Responsible for making and updating sales forecasts and Budget preparation.
- Responsible for monthly reporting. Report should indicate sales development strategy & evolution (turnover per area and range, margin level, comparison to budget).
- Responsible for customer’s credits / DSO.
- Develop added value product sales and margin.
- Responsible for industrial margin achievement and Product Mix optimization.
- Coordinate technical actions with the local team, Regional team and BU.
- Responsible for technical trials and technical support.
- Responsible in sales policy definition and implementation, in coherence with Group policies relating price list, discount, logistic/deliveries, services as installations.
- Follow up targeted customers and guarantee KAM coherence. Anticipate the customer’s need to propose innovative solution.
