Primary Responsibilities
OurCEC Championrole is located in-store to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Dealership / CEC Partnership, as well as provide a Best-In-Class customer experience. The CEC Champion will also be responsible for:
Maximizing Internet Lead Turn Over (TO) performance, by ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly
Create/Set Appointment with Customer (Outbound Calling, Emails, Texting)
Confirm appointments with customers to maximize show ratio
Preparing for all internet-lead appointments in-store
Ensure the vehicle is pulled up, fueled, clean and marked specifically for the customer by name
Review notes with Sales Managers and Sales Consultant relevant to customer
Qualifications
High school diploma
Years of Customer Service or Sales Experience
Familiarity with dealership operations a plus
Familiarity with BDC Functions a plus
Time management, organization
Able to navigate CRM Systems
Strong written communication skills
Strong verbal communication skills, both in-person and via phone
Ability to interact and work with CEC and Store employees at all levels in the organization
