Job Description:
Responsible in the negotiation with supplier for support and trade deals Negotiates with suppliers for exclusive or special items for best deals and offers Forecast merchandise trends and analysis of current trends In-charge of merchandise selection, sales analysis, and allocations Responsible for the different items being carried in their respective department Decide what action plan to take for fast and slow moving items Evaluates performance and provide recommendation to personnel action Mainly assure that stocks are always available in all stores Supervise activities and performance of subordinates which includes output monitoring, problem resolution, and work allocation Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or any related course Ability to work with data, analyze promotions, and work on range reviews Ability to prioritize, demonstrating first class organizational, and time management skills Excellent negotiation, customer service, and consulting skills Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions Able to work on their own initiative and adaptable Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
