Job Description Principal Accountabilities Lead Product/Campaign Development aimed to generate absolute increase in brand equity, profit/ market share and business growth.
Provide marketing support to dealers, key feeders, client/prospect.
Render consulting advise and service as needed for the purpose of generating revenue and business.
Generate proofs of performance and communication tactics.
Conducts competitor?s market research on an on-going basis for better product positioning in the market.
Analyzes sales and business trends and develops appropriate actions such as sales promotions and strategies for the achievement of sales objectives.
Effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs are evaluated in coordination with the Sales Team and marketing services group.
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in an agriculture, veterinary medicine or technical discipline or equivalent experience in business/marketing.
With eight (8) years experience in either:?Brand Management in Feeds/Animal Health/related consumer brands., or?Leadership experience in sales and marketing operations.
Demonstrated ability to represent brand well via successful solutions offering and interaction to clients.
Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop others.
Demonstrated ability to read market needs and determine viablilty of products for internal use and external offering.
Demonstrated expertise in marketing and sales with a track record of being able to grow the business.
