Job Description
Market Sizing and Assessment
? Contribute information, ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies
? Engage with our customers, team leaders and managers to develop a deep understanding
of customer needs and market opportunities for our products
? Analyze trends, data, demographics and surveys that can potentially improve marketing
and sales performance
a. Conduct Market Research or Survey
b. Conduct Competitors Analysis
c. Measure Impact of Brand Marketing
Marketing – retail execution excellence
? Helps to detail, design and implement marketing plans for the products offered
? Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products, such as special
promotions, sponsored events, etc.
Operations Inventory Program
? Produce actions plans on how to address slow-moving products of iTech.
? Perform additional ad hoc analyses as required.
Strategy and Innovation
? Produce specific action plans focused in improving business model
? Understand operational workflows and deliver innovative solutions
Qualifications
1. Demonstrated skills in business analysis and processes
2. Candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
3. Ability to use data to solve well-defined business problems; Posses strong quantitative
skills and a high level of comfort working with data
4. Familiarity with managing complex projects and nurturing group collaboration
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate customer
needs to business benefits
