Qualifications:
- College level with background on Information Technology but not required, Office Administration or any equivalent/related courses.
- Has at least 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in data entry, preferably in a medical laboratory set up
- Experience as a data entry staff and/or verifier is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail, goal oriented, process driven
- Can work effectively and efficiently with mínimal supervision

- Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording
- Confirm that entered client demographics are accurately aligns with Case Investigation Form (CIF)/Transaction slip
- Organize and maintain original Transaction slips / Case Investigation Form (CIF)
- Assure files like transaction slips/CIF are properly prepared and saved to backup drives
- Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication
- Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
- Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work
