1. Performs cash/ credit card payments
2. Acknowledges the presence of customers by greeting and smiling at them

6. Updates customers on ongoing and/or future promotions and marketing activities
7. Understands and delivers assigned tasks based on results and work relations commitment
8. Builds up a loyal customer base
9. Documents data on foot traffic and customers behavior/needs
10. Affirms and thanks customers at the end of every transaction
CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. Empathizes with customer concerns, feedback and suggestions
2. Answers all customer inquiries and provides assistance as necessary
3. Collaborates with store heads in satisfying customer needs and expectations
DISPLAY AND REPLENISHMENT
1. Secures and helps maintain quality and accountability of items and stocks
2. Ensures availability, assortment and proper display of items
3. Rotates items to give a fresh look everyday
