Urgent Hiring! "Cashier"Job Description:-Receive by Cash for every transaction. -Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
-Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts, and prepaid cards to ensure that amounts and quantity are correct and that there is adequate change. -Greetings to the customers, said opening and closing Mandatory (E.g., good morning, good afternoon, and good evening, and thank you, come back again)-Answering inquiries, for example, fast-moving or bestseller products, new products, and the expiration of every item or product. -Scanning items, bagging their purchase product, and reconciling receipts, with cash.
-Checking the item of the customer’s purchase, to avoid customer complaints. -Provide assistance to the customers. -Handle various duties such as refilling and displaying the running out item/products, direct to the shelves.
Asking for the warehouseman on duty if stocks have before the cashier will transact ordered of the customers especially (B.O – Big Order). -The cashier on duty always coordinates to the warehouseman on duty.
-If there is a customer complaint please ask for the manager on duty or team leader, for action and solving of problems and complaints. -Maintaining the store clean and organized, especially counter area, duties things to do of the cashier (refilling plastics, chopsticks, and Thermal paper at the shelves of the counter area. -Report to the manager on duty or Team leader if there are minor or major problems to solve.
