We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the services and resources they need to improve their well-being and resolve their cases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct client assessments to identify needs and create individualized care plans Communicate with insurance companies to initiate claims, determine liability, and confirm coverage Facilitate the resolution of property damage claims Coordinate with medical providers to monitor treatment plans and gather medical/billing records Maintain organized and up-to-date case files Work closely with attorneys to support the management and resolution of client cases Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Case Manager at a California Personal Injury Law Firm is required (Candidates with experience at any law firm in California may also be considered) Familiarity with Medicare regulations and insurance claims procedures Previous experience in personal injury law is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
