Job Description:
- Coordinates all aspects of the care of individual patients
-Evaluates what services are considered medically necessary when a new case is started
-Monitor's patient's progress during hopsital admission and determines patient needs for skilled nursing facility placement or any other needs upon patient's discharge
-Review patient's medical records and meet with other health care professionals to ensure that patients receive appropriate levels of care.
- Coordinates with the medical director for authorization approval
- Registered Nurse with updated PRC license- Must have good English communication skills- Must be detailed-oriented- With working experience in BPO industry is an advantage- With a clinical background is a must- Willing to work in night shift / shifting schedule- Willing to be assigned in Clarkview, Angeles City, Pampanga*The compensation package of Php17,000.00-Php25,000.00 is inclusive of incentives and allowances. The basic salary varies depending on your assessment.
