As a Card Programs and Portfolio Management Officer, you will lead the Bank's Credit Card Merchant Installment and Auto-Charge Program, by developing and implementing marketing strategies in retail merchant partners to (1) achieve revenue generation goals; (2) encourage high ticket transactions; and (3) achieve top of wallet preference.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any business-related courses
- Minimum of 3 years career experience in Sales and Marketing in a managerial capacity, preferably gained from a Bank or financial institution
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to hit targets and increase productivity
- Excellent presentation and marketing skills
