Captain Waiter

Job Description:
Supervises the whole dining area. Makes sure that all guests are attended by waiters. Assigns server to their respective area of assignment. Checks all areas of the restaurant and makes sure that these are cleaned and manned. Resolves/Addresses complaints of guests immediately to avoid irate and further problems. Manages the request of all dining area consumables (condiments, table napkins, etc.) to prevent wastages. Manages all dining utensils and equipment making sure they are complete and in good working conditions. Conducts inventory of restaurant utensils and equipment. Minimum Qualifications:
