As a Capital One CCT/IB-OB (Customer Care Team/Inbound-Outbound) Agent, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, providing exceptional support to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products and services to meet our customers' financial needs. You will utilize various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat, to engage with customers and ensure a positive experience. Additionally, you will adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.
