Cantonese Speaking General Accounting Operations Analyst

Our client, one of the biggest IT/BPO Company in the Philippines and internationally is looking for Native/ Non-native Cantonese Speaking General Accounting Operations Analyst.Some of the roles and responsibilities are as follows:
• Collections Role
o Responsibility for activities assigned by the Collections Supervisor
o Process A/R billings, adjustments, and write offs
o Understand and perform Accounts Receivable supervisory role if and when needed
o Provides required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed
o Track and reconcile daily/monthly AR balance
o Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system (manually encoded or through interface)
o Investigating into situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict.
o Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or over payments
Language Premium on top of the basic salary and benefits are provided, based on the result of language proficiency assessment.
