As Canteen Supervisor
- Records all room service, function inquiries and special doctor's requests transactions.
- Keeps documents and logbooks integral to daily operations for proper documentation.
- Responsible in coordinating with clients for catering functions.
- Performs daily meetings with catering staff.
- Ensures that proper food safety and sanitation standards of the company are being followed.
- Addresses immediately customer complaints and report to the Executive Sous Chef and Chef for action plans.
- Inspects the cleanliness of the whole area and function equipment on a regular basis.
- Any other duties assigned by management.

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Canteen Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Food service: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
