**What you'll be doing?
**
- Schedules work to guarantee precise phone coverage; examines priority of telephone calls and changes escalated telephone calls to reassure remedy to difficulties.
- Prepares standardized reviews to observe workload, response time and caliber of input.
- Picks up telephone requests and supplies details/ suggestions to consumers.
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Willing to attend an **Onsite interview**:

- **Good to excellent English** Communication Skills
- Knowledge in basic Microsoft programs
- **MUST** **NOT** be currently **employed/studying**:
