Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

Qualification:Good communication and computer navigation skills
Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school (K-12 curriculum) graduate
Call center experience is preferred but not required

Willing to start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, CommissionSalary: Php15,000.00 to Php20,000.00 /month
