Qualification of a Call Center Agent:
• No Call Center experience required
• Good communication skills
• Computer and Web Literate
• Willing to work in Quezon City
What will you do?
• Maintain a specialized and respectful conduct when communicating with clients and peers
• Assist associates replying to client system issues and questions
• Contribute to staff and departmental targets and objectives
• Follow departmental processes and systems as specified in the Policies and Procedures manual
• Strive to have the highest effect upon the team’s total performance
