JOB TASK:
Answer incoming phone calls from customers.
Resolve customers concerns/complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:18 years old and above
At least Senior High School graduate
No call center experience
With excellent communication skills (ENGLISH)
Can type at least 35 words per minute
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Is a Filipino citizen
