WE ARE HIRING CALL CENTER AGENTS
You will be answering outbound calls to customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answering outbound calls
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Upsell products and services
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and skills:
- Fluent English speaking
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
- Should have their own computer and noise-canceling headphone
ENERGY CAMPAIGN
**Salary**: 125pesos/hr
Days of Operation: 5 days a week up to 40 hours a week.

Pay: Php125.00 per hour
