**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- At least HS/SHS graduate with diploma
- With at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
- **Willing to work onsite **in Alabang, Muntinlupa City / **Dayshift schedule**
