Identifying learning issues. Recommending instructional language. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Complete call logs. Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required. Previous technical background is also a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation. Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFTS.
Day shift is also available.
