Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services.

Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate
1 year CCE International and voice account or 80% voice, 20% (email/chat)
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Has good analytical skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and Internet browsing
