Call Canter Agent - Local Account

EARN AS MUCH AS 30K TO 45K
The Call Center Agent shall be able to but not limited to perform the following tasks in relation with the management’s directions:
? Will do phone calls
? Make an appointment
? Make a sale
? Call prospective customers from lists or leads generated
? Explain features of product or service
? Send a confirmation code reminding the lead of his appointment
? Read statements about products, services and company from scripts
? Rebut customers’ objections to statements, offers or company
? Describe discounts and special offers
? Record results of sales call and information on potential and current client
? Document contact information, preferences, concerns and suggestions of customers following appointment calls or appointments.
Qualifications:
? Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma in any field.
? Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
? Good communication skills
? Preferably with experience in sales or sales experience via phone
? Hard working and highly motivated
? Customer service oriented
