Scope & General Purpose of Job:
In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Fortunegate New World Manila Bay the Casino Shift Manager is responsible for assisting the Casino Operations Manager to achieve the successful implementation, development and maintenance of all operations procedures, standards and goals within Table Games Department. Creation of high employee morale and good customer relations, all in accordance with established policies and practices. In the absence of the Casino Operations Manager, the Casino Shift Manager assumes all responsibilities assigned to him/her.
Standards of Performance:
Supervise the overall operation and administration of all assigned gaming operations.
Enhance the growth of gaming revenues through the development of our customer base.
Maintain relationships with valued gaming customers and market our gaming product to potential high-limit Customers.
Customer service: Acknowledge guests immediately with a smile.Ensure consistently prompt and courteous service on the tables?Establish and maintain rapport with customers, providing the best possible service while attending to their needs?Ensure that all employees are cordial and courteous to all customers and fellow employees?Be alert for customers and other employees who need assistance; offer help.Attend to customers complaints with tact and diplomacy. Refer customers to Casino Operations Manager, Senior Casino Manager on decisions requiring higher authority according to company policy.
Surveillance and Security:Observe games, looking for irregularities or deviations from established procedures. Concentrate on large play; ensure the integrity of game and equipment. Interact with Security, PJMT and PAGCOR Surveillance Departments; advise them immediately of possible problem areas.Report violations of any regulatory requirements or any actual or suspected irregularities immediately to Casino Operations Manager.Remain alert to any unusual or questionable activity by pit employees / fellow employees or gaming customers and take appropriate action to correct the situation. Maintain security of all games, monies and employees.Maintain control of cards and keys ensuring they are accounted for at all times.
Recognize and respond to: Minors in the casino, signs of problem gambling and alcohol intoxication and transactions required.
Closely observe table limits to ensure they reflect fluctuations in business levels.
Periodically observe float counts in High Limit in relationship to large winners or losers.
Location: CagayanSalary: 28,000 PHP
