Cadet Engineer

Brief Description: This position serves as Trainee; entry level engineers are exposed to technical/operational/service tasks for them to assume managerial post after sufficient and holistic training.
Qualifications:
• Male candidates only
• Experience
o At least 6 months to 1 year of experience or on-the-job training in manufacturing or industrial set-up preferred.
• Education (any of the following or related course)
o Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Civil, Metallurgical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering (licensed or unlicensed)
• Skills
o Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, strong numerical ability, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to interpret engineering drawings
o Must be able to exhibit a high-level knowledge on Engineering materials and equipment.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) mandatory
o Skills in statistical, planning, reporting, and AutoCAD/drawing software a plus
o Achievement-motivated to work with us to set and surpass realistic goals
o Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with colleagues, supervisors and managers.
o Have leadership skills.
