**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree from relevant discipline
- With at least 5 years experience
- **Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop**:
- Must be organized, keen to details, and able to work independently
- _Must be unemployed and be able to start ASAP_
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Prepare CAD drawings per project specifications.
- Updating software, drawings, and other documents.
- Visiting construction site to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
- Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned
**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- CAD: 5 years (preferred)
