Details of the offer

Main Function: Manage, develop and process assigned addressable spend categories and contribute to the overall profitability of Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corp. (PSACC) through category sourcing strategies and initiative.
Duties and Reponsibilities:

- Secure and review via download or list of all open and approved Purchase Requisitions for conversio
- Send and receives RFQ/RFP/RFI from potential suppliers based on
- To generate accurately and on time Purchase Orders based on the correct and approved Purchase Requisition
- Ensure delivery of the goods and services ordered by liaising with concerned Suppliers, Requestors and Sourcing Leads
- Accurately generate Purchase Orders based on approved Purchase Requisitions (Contracted and Non Contracted Goods and Services)
- Monitor and follow up Approval of Purchase Orders, if necessary
- Ensure timely sending of all and only approved Purchase Orders to
- respective suppliers
- Assist in the resolution of procurement and supplier concerns (ie requests, payment, etc)
- Manage local budgets and contribute to Company targets
- Ensure (sourcing, purchasing, company) Procedures and Policies adherence
- Keeps Sourcing Lead, Procurement Manager informed of all Procurement concerns and important issues
- To serve as an informational hub for materials knowledge in the company
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

- Relevant university degree and/or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge in Procurement / Logistics and / or Transport an advantage
- Relevant work experience in the field of business, logistics, or transport an advantage
- Procurement background an advantage
- Can converse in English is an advantage
- IT Systems / Programs Savvy (Spreadsheets, Powerpoint, Word, ERP)

- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
