DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

**Area Management**
- Ensure strategy for sales funnel is implemented across area.
- Ensure sales team covers correct end users (assigned doctors and hospitals).
- Consistently conducts work with respective subordinates.
- Relentlessly looks for new accounts.
- Checks itinerary of all subordinates vis-a-vis submitted liquidation form, ensures entries are
accurate before approval.
- Checks accuracy of order forms and quotations.
- Ensures consignment returns unused items to warehouse with proper documentation of SPOF.

**Sales**
**- **Devises sales strategy with marketing, consistently checks and monitors sales funnel.
- Conducts product presentations and demonstration.
- Monitors sales target.
- Attends convention and marketing events.
- Ensures proper implementation of project management, checks R.O.I of bidding and sponsorships.
- Provide recommendation to join bidding.
- Ensure lock in of specifications.
- Checks BPRF with subordinate.
- Checks technical and financial of bid documents.
**3.
**Customer Management**
**- **Provides guidance and coaching to difficult customer queries and concerns.
- Conducts end user training.
- Works with support team, escalates needs and concerns.
- Ensure timely submission of product evaluation to marketing.
- Answers queries and concerns of customers.
**4.
**Performance Management and People Development**
- Knows, abides, and adheres to all company policies.
- Monitors performance of subordinates for midyear and year end.
- Initiates accomplishment of individual development plan.
- Ensures attendance to training program.

**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
