About the role
The Business Systems & Processes team is the linking pin between the business and IT. The team liaisons with end user community, Site SCM, Business Planning & Fulfilment, Warehousing and Logistics, IT and other organizations, to support and improve the business fulfilment process. The team provides operational support to the Nexperia SCM organization and drives the global SCM infrastructure programs and operational excellence projects as defined in the SCM roadmap.
TheS&P Manageris responsible for the performance and functioning of the S&P team in the assigned domains. To drive continuous process improvement, identify business requirement and liaise with IT to realize technical solutions, drive efficiency through standardization and automation of business processes, and provide 1line support to end-users, including training.
What you will do
Lead and develop a team of Systems & Processes consultants, B2B Experts, Reporting Analysts and Business Process Experts
Provide environment for Continuous improvement of corporate Business Planning, Fulfillment & Execution process
Initiate and drive improvements to obtain effective and efficient supply chain processes
Represent the business in supply chain management projects as defined in the SCM roadmap
Organize efficient 1st Line Support and ensure a continuous service of operational systems and other associated applications
Translate business requirements into procedures, processes or functional system specifications and put them forward through the change control and implementation process
What you will need
Bachelor/Master degree in Business administration, Industrial Engineering, Information/Communication Technology, Logistics or equivalent
>7 years of experience in a business environment required
Multiple years’ experience in managing complex projects
Multiple years’ experience in managing teams of high educated members working in a complex environment
Experience in Semiconductor industry, outstanding Supply Chain network and business understanding
Experience with ERP (SAP ECC, SAP S/4) and Advanced Planning Systems
Project Management Methodology
Proven project management competencies (e.g. PMI, Prince II)
