RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Responsible for the definition of the functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.
2.Responsible for defining and managing the scope of business systems projects.
3.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Defines both the functional and non-functional requirements of a system and acts as a liaison between the business and IT and should be able to develop technical requirement documents
4.Analyse business needs though Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, meetings, documentation and though verbal and written presentations.
5.Develop used cases using UML; and should be able to perform BA/unit testing on the application/product
6.Partner with the business, architecture and infrastructure teams to oversee all service levels; work with stakeholders to provide technical guidance on future system opportunities and enhancements.
7.Develop requirements artefacts, system process flows and associated diagrams and ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements
8.Convert high-level enterprise strategies and blueprints into system-level deliverables
9.Utilize Rational toolsets towards requirements management
10.Create low fidelity wireframes to aid in conversations with business and to capture the outcome of the requirement sessions.
11.Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs.
12.Lead cross-functional teams to analyse and understand the operational impacts and opportunities for technology changes institution-wide.
13.Identify process boundaries and develop opportunities to automate processes and functions
14.Conduct activity-based analysis of the system processes and to provide recommendations based on the findings
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET
Must have: UseCase Specifications, System Interface requirements, Understanding of Services
Nice to have: Process Flow documentation, UI WireFrames, Data mappings.
QUALIFICATIONS
1.4-8 years of experience of business system analyst role.
2.Hands on technical experience in requirements elicitation process.
3.Strong working knowledge of requirements gathering, drafting and managing change requests/requirements document using Anthem’s standardized process.
4.Strong working experience in medium to large scale enterprise applications.
5.Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers.
