Details of the offer

Oversees design, planning, construction, safety, and maintenance of grounds and building infrastructure (structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). May also include these same responsibilities for production equipment/systems depending on the site or operation. Manages the coordination and modification of building space – space design standards, allocation, modifications, moves and expansion. Conducts facility inspections and equipment condition assessments to determine necessary modifications, including repair work and replacements / capital improvements. Responsibilities include predictive, preventive and proactive maintenance analysis as well as designing and implementing long-term continuous improvement applications and systems to enhance facility reliability and infrastructure specific elements of quality system compliance. Documents and reports issues to provide and safe and reliable facility. Roles with responsibility for aviation, food and beverage service, real estate, and security should be assigned to this job family.

monitoring and reporting of budget to the FSH

PEZA reports, permits and documentation

in BAU as needed
The Requirements
At least 3 years of solid experience in procurement and budget management working on complex projects with cross functional teams in a BPO environment
With Pollution Control Officer certificate an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and stakeholder management at multiple levels
Mathematical, analytical, strategic, problem solving and decision making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant systems/software needed in the Facilities Services role
