Business Support Assistant

Project Management- assist in project development from idea creation, communication and coordination with project team, monitor implementation and evaluate closure of projects.
Strategic Planning- support strategic planning exercise in Bancassurance. Prepares performance studies and presentation materials. Provide assistance in ensuring on-time implementation of initiatives and project deliverables.
Events Management- provide support in organizing and implementing sales events, meetings and activities of Bancassurance Sales. This includes preparation of marketing materials, liaising with BDO counterparts and suppliers/vendors and assist in handling logistics.
University graduate with a degree in Marketing or any business related course;
With at least two (2) years of work experience in Marketing or Project Management;
Preferably with experience in the Life Insurance industry;
With above average oral and written communication skills;
With good organizational skills;
Proficient in MS Office or other similar software; and
Knowledgeable in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Video Editing
