The Business and Commercial Strategy Head is responsible for conceptualizing and formulating strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
They ensure that the day-to-day activities of the company support those initiatives.
He / She works closely with the CEO to flesh out short term and long term goals and ensures that all that the company's output falls in line with these goals.
He/ she is also responsible for business development and expanding the reach of the organization in support of its growth targets.
KEY RESULTS AREAS
- Works with the CEO to formulate, facilitate and communicate an organization's strategic initiatives and future goals
- Can clearly articulate the company's strategy and mission externally and internally
- Collaborates with senior management to devise effective short and long term plans and guides the team in the planning process.
- Assesses the company's many different projects from the products down to the daily administrative activities to make sure they align with the company's goals
- Provides strategic guidance on project ideation and execution and analyzes the success of products, projects and activities
- Manages economic and financial viability of the company by using management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies.
- Increases company reach and revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
Leverage on contacts, pursue new product/service lines, and improve overall operational efficiencies.
Oversees projects related to these mandates.
- Ensure and manage Business Partnerships and enablement across commercial business units.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Background - Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
- Years of Work Experience - 10 Years
- Work Background / Experience
- Strategy/ Commercial/ Growth/ Finance
- Management role for at least 5 years
- Experience in e-Commerce is a plus
- Level of Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge in financial reporting standard

**Salary**: Php120,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
