ManilaJob Description :Business Readiness Analyst The Business Readiness Analyst will plan, design and implement complex change programs
across all phases of the change lifecycle. Applies change management principles, methodologies and
tools in all aspects of risk planning, dependency management and organization impacts. Works with the
deployed support resources to develop change deliverables in all categories of change architecture (e.g.,
change strategy and management, stakeholder engagement, skills and knowledge, culture
transformation) in support of change plans in areas of process, organizational, communications changes
and training. The Business Readiness Analyst identifies the change management initiatives required
end-to-end contributing to the culture of transformation and continuous improvement to enable
value realization. Must demonstrate a high degree of change project management capability, with the
execution of the changes portfolio must be managed to acceptable risk tolerance levels or within the time
and budget and acceptable quality metrics.
Assist with the creation of change management strategy and plan, apply a structured methodology and support change management activities
Documents change/project plan activities to ensure that the strategic change portfolio projects are properly coordinated Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management (including training, development, and deployment) activities into overall project plans
Develops and maintains change/project plans to ensure sustainable change. Manages project change milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion of project within acceptable risk and budget tolerance.
Ensures approval of all change plan deliverables in alignment with stakeholders
Partners with the project team and stakeholders to lead the project execution/delivery and help project teams maintain an overall project vision with supporting project plans. This is to ensure the project/change plan meets expectations and drives desired behavior change, e.g. time, cost, scope
Refines project execution and plans using change/project management standards and best practices
Conducts post-project reviews and make recommendations for continuous excellence in change strategy and delivery
Exercises strong team building, negotiation, decision making, problem-solving and conflict management skills to ensure delivery excellence across all teams.
Assess the change impacts of new initiatives from a process, organizational, communications impact and training required
Contribute and develop process impact design
Partner, contribute and develop organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
Prepare talent assessment processes in support of org design and R&R shifts
Partner, contribute and develop communications impact design
Partner, contribute and develop training plans and ensure on training is completed
Conduct stakeholder readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings. Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Reviews readiness surveys of impacted stakeholders over project implementation to determine what opportunities the project has to improve and identify how they are able to accelerate the change in the future
At least 2 years of related change management experience in designing and implementing a change management plan and process
At least 2-years end-to-end PM experience preferably in a technical background
Experience in a Telco environment is a plus
Change management certification or designation a plus
Experience with and understanding of project management & change management development and tracking tools
Experience in Vendor Management and managing a matrix Team
Experience managing people and processes in a fast-paced environment
