Business Process Specialist (Makati-Based)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops and documents current processes of the Company incorporating efficiency, effectiveness, standards, and best practices in coordination with all concerned units
Designs and develops business procedures for new company products and services
Creates flowcharts detailing steps needed to perform a task
Conducts research and data gathering through branch, area, or regional visits
Consolidates and analyzes data gathered to assist in the formulation of recommendations and plans
Assists in the monitoring, development and design of the training programs of the department for employees’ needs on new businesses, services and products
QUALIFICATIONS::
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Knowledge on business process mapping is an advantage
Good research and presentation skills
Must be keen on details
Must be customer service oriented
Willing to travel
Willing to work in Makati City
