**The Opportunity**
The Business Process Associate is responsible for processing, analyzing and completing financial and non-financial transactions within pre-set service turn-around-time with quality standards.
**On the job you will**:
- Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures
- Handle highly sensitive Hong Kong Individual Financial Products
- Process different types of transactions with utmost attention to accuracy, quality and quantity
- Consistently attain the service level set by the Company
- Practice good judgment in processing cases
- Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
- Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management
**We are looking for someone with**:
**Minimum Hiring Requirements**
- Education: HS/Sr HS Graduates, 2yr vocational graduates, Bachelor's degree-holders are welcome to apply
- Experience: None required for Bachelor's Degree holders; 2 years for college undergraduates
- Schedule: Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends and Philippine holidays (when needed)
- Location: Amenability to work in any of these locations - UP Ayalaland Technohub, Quezon City
- HYBRID Work Arrangement: amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business needs AND/OR current external environment/situation)
**Minimum Skills Requirements**
- Mandarin language skills (Read, Write & Comprehension)
- Minimum Chinese language typing skills of 15 words per minute using Cang Jie
- Ability to use desktop computer system
- Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely in writing letters to clients and agents
- Ability to learn and adapt frequent procedural updates
- Good organization and analytical skills
- Team oriented yet able to work independently
**Nice to Haves**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel & MS Powerpoint)
- Prior work experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment
