**Coordinates business planning and evaluation, ensuring that the plans are effective and in conformance with the overall goals and objectives of the organization set by the executives.
Facilitates / co-manages individual unit planning.
Helps monitor the implementation of business plans, strategies from lead generation, marketing, and follow-through programs.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop plans with the organization's business leaders to bring them into alignment with global strategies.
- Provides business planning support, advice, and consultation to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of business plans and business planning activities.
- Provides planning coordination and program orchestration required to develop and complete business plans.
- Review plans and, where necessary, elevates issues to leadership to ensure plan completion.
- Assists business unit heads in identifying opportunities in creating, modifying strategies, and advancing business plans.
- Assists in the monitoring and analysis of the business unit's plans and plan performance.
- Assists the head of Corporate Planning and Corporate and Middle Office leaders in planning administration, including developing frameworks, models, concept notes, presentations, proposals, etc.

**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business or Management, Industrial / Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Preferably with 4 years in business and corporate planning position - Exposure to project management.
- Experience as a Project Manager is a plus
