RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with Finance, HR, and the Director of Operations in setting the Operational metrics of ATCP (Headcount, Productivity, Profitability, and Financials).
• Integrate multiple data sources to produce reports that would show the Operational metrics of ATCP.
• Create and maintain templates that would allow stakeholders to better manage their Operational metrics.
• Set, allocate, and communicate targets and budgets.
• Analyze actual results and determine problem areas to drive actions.
• Forecast and conduct impact assessment based on actual results and investment requests.
• Present analysis and callouts to stakeholders.
• Align business partners and spearhead ATCP-wide initiatives (e.g.
process/tool roll-out).

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 3 years experience in Program, Project, and Service Management (PPSM) / project management
• Proficient in MS Excel (macro)
• Individual Contributor
• Background on financial management is preferred but NOT required
• Project management certification is preferred but NOT required
